This utility is designed to keep track of the time users spend on the computer, but it lacks the ability to start or stop time tracking based on a desired activity. Active Work Tracker runs in the background and starts each time the user logs into Windows. The program's plain interface can be accessed via the Windows System Tray. The program automatically records the duration spent on the computer and tracks events per minute. The data is presented in graphs and charts that can be printed or saved in TXT format. One helpful feature is the ability to set up break reminders that display as a warning sound and screen message. These break reminders help users avoid repetitive strain injuries. Active Work Tracker is an adequate time-tracking application, but users may want to compare the 30-day trial to similar programs that have more in-depth features.
