• WARNING! TROJAN! VIRUS! SPYWARE! CRASHES YOUR COMPUTER!

  NONE! RUN!!!! ***WARNING! CONTAINS A TROJAN VIRUS AND BHO! CRASHES YOUR COMPUTER!*** Any positive reviews here were undoubtedly written by the creaters of the spyware! Everyone else probably had a crashed computer so they couldn't write a review! So don't be fooled.

WILL CRASH YOUR COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*** I have installed this before and it ruined my computer, so I had to use system restore. This was no fluke. I just downloaded it and this insidious little peice of malware tried to install the same trojan again! Webroot detected a GEN trojan immediately and supposedly removed it, but it hijacked my browser with a BHO that could not be removed! I had to use system restore again! Don't even think about downloading this! CNET should be alerted to the fact that this is just a trojan that will ruin your computer!

• Software that delivers on its promises

  Pros

  This software has definitely helped me increase the number of words I read per minute. The tests are useful and I particularly like being able to paste e-books into the reader which allows me to practice while reading a story that interests me.<p>Customer service has always been outstanding. I had a problem (user error) when I initially tried to activate the paid version and received prompt and accurate assistance. Four years later after my laptop crashed and I didn't have a backup copy of the software, support at AceReader had me back up and reading almost minutes after I emailed them.

• Not bad for text scanning

  Pros

  I use the 'center one sentence' reading option and typically copy and paste the entire text (email, manual etc) to scan the text and understand the text concept. It works good for me.

  Cons

  I just cannot use this product to throughly comprehend the text.
