Summary
I've been developing commercial intranet systems for over 15 years. These are systems where you need to print invoices, barcodes, financial reports, attach documents to emails, etc... NOT simplistic websites where you may have 3 or 4 pdf documents. It's a real product. There are a lot of people that complain, but very few developers actually complain about it, they just sit back and watch it work. So, the people that have had bad experiences, I feel bad for you, but I think it is a top shelf product that perhaps just didn't meet your needs. I've never had a problem with customer support either, so maybe I've just been lucky.

I cannot say enough about this. We ran into some problems during a hosting transfer and tried to reach out to their customer support. There is no phone number on their horribly designed website and their email button doesn't work in most browsers and is not properly labeled. Once we got a response they had no record of our purchase in their system and the only response they gave us was to purchase a new license, as if. On top of that their responses were rude, condescending, and narcissistic. They basically spoke to me as if I was stupid. All of the responses came from a man claiming to be the "CEO". I wouldn't recommend to anyone that they purchase this product. According to the post above it doesn't even work. They've been in business since 1999? And this is the result. Some people...
