  Pros

  Intuitive, clean, appealing interface. You can tell the UX team took time to refine this tool, it's really pleasant to use! Does a great job of getting album information. Market place is easy to use and loads quickly. Love the little taskbar tool!

  Cons

  Can be memory taxing, but it's a large program.

  Summary

  After using Zune, I will never go back to itunes. Zune doesn't physically reorganize and rename songs, it keeps your music nice and neat by artist and album, the way it should be. The interface looks like something you feel like you should have to pay for! It's really that good!

  Pros

  Absurdly accessible interface Easy to use media library, auto playlists, dj Vast collection of music and video Prettiest media player there is by far "Quickplay" for lazy people

  Cons

  Can be memory taxing, about the same as firefox If you have a slow computer it takes a bit to open

  Summary

  Even if you do not have a zune, you should give the software a try, you will not regret it.

  Auto-sync to program from folders specified by the user Integration with Windows Ability to sort music in a million different ways Easy to use User friendly Works with your Zune device Wireless sync to your Zune device Wireless to your XBox

  Cons

  The equalizer has been removed in this version.

  Summary

  Never had a problem with it, program allows for back-syncing with ultimate ease and is in general a million times better then it's competitor iTunes. I'd never use anything else.
