  No instructions or trouble-shooting available. Couldn't get it to load.

  Pros

  The software was easy to install and worked fine. The program wasn't too hard to understand. It also uses a tiny amount of system resources. My connection is heaps more stable and does not to cut out anywhere near as frequently as it used to.
