Site Snitch monitors the web and notifies you every time a web page changes. It finds links inside the pages and follow them, so you can easily monitor an entire web site typing only its main page. Site Snitch can follow links inside or outside a web site, and several filters can be applied to monitor only the pages you are interested in.
