  The whole point of a packet sniffer is to reliably capture data. This product works too inconsistenly to be of any value.

  Though the help files show all sorts of interesting information in the various windows, there is no indication of how to get this information to appear in the working app. After all sorts of efforts at dragging and dropping and right-clicking, I had to give up.
