All initial outputs in VersaCheck Presto display the word Void until activation removes the restriction. Validation is completed through on-screen instructions or by entering a purchased validation code.
Transaction data alignment
VersaCheck Presto generates complete checks directly from its interface or by linking with external accounting programs. It aligns financial data, including tax records, from QuickBooks, Quicken, and Sage into formatted structures and positions them for check output. This process routes account fields into a standardized layout and merges them with identifiers before sending the completed item to the printer. This workflow creates checks using blank stock, without needing pre-printed materials.

Account details can be applied sequentially to different payment sources without requiring distinct paper formats.
