The Tribe is Apache Industrial Services' Talent Management Portal, allowing employees and candidates to stay connected to Hiring Office Teams, Field Operational Leaders, and Executives.

As a candidate, apply once and update your application every 30 days to stay active and be recruited for current and upcoming jobs. In addition, candidates are encouraged to improve their chances for employment by:

Logging all of past work experiences

Listing work references and their contact information

Uploading photos of valid Industry Certifications i.e. OSHA, TWIC, HAZMAT, etc.

As an employee, you can:

View real-time hours worked at your current job site.

Receive messages from Foremen, Managers, and Executives.

View your individual performance reviews and overall Apache Performance Score.

Receive trophies for work performance from Executives.
