  billing is fake. Sometimes they will charge money from your credit card but not give you any credit in your account

  Never use NYMGO.They deducted money from my credit card and did not give me any credit.They said that because of their "technical error",I was not charged before..which is totally baseless(as it is still shown from my bank statement). Never use NYMGO....they will take money from you and not give you any service

  I wish I could give Omar Onsi one out of 100 but this company is useless. FROM NO CONNECTION FEE TO CONNECTION FEE... FROM a customer service who would refund on calls which are lesser then 10 sec.. to a customer service which is all bothered about closing your complaint before even you read it.. Its all wrong!

  Cons

  Customer service is disgusting.I have had over 20 call drops. I have requested begged send repeated emails but the CS at nymgo doesnt bother to respond. They will open a ticket and then close it within 24 hrs. So take it ..if you live in one side of the planet and nymgo in other (depends on when they reply).. you will be trapped in a viscous cycle.

  Avoid Nymgo if you can. This review is as latest as 27th july 2013. I have been with nymgo for over 4 years and now im finally moving out. They would listen to you in the past but I guess with the kind of competition out there they ride their pride on their sleeves and tend to ignore. There are others like Actionvoip.. which touch wood I use as a backup for nymgo and it has never given an issue. You might want to try it. but AS FAR AS POSSIBLE... DONT LET YOUR MONEY GO IN DRAIN BY BUYING NYMGO CREDITS.

  Great Voice Over IP service. Good Quality. Super low prices. Easy to download. Works on my mobile.

  No problems so far. Maybe a little room for sound quality improvement, but I think it is more reliable than Skype actually.

  Cheapest prices I have found, and everything else is pretty on par with other competitors.

  Nymgo Cheaters They are not at all responding to my emails. The call quality is a big issue if at all call gets connected. Now the application itself stopped working. Good that I charged only $10 though waste.

  I use Nymgo a lot,and it helps me making al lmy international calls with the lowest rates and cost and the best quality...many other viop providers i tried..and they all lack something if the rate is good the service is bad and vice versa...while Nymgo is stable..and have this customer care are like a family...and they really helped me a lot while all others did not
