Program just ok, Hard to use, Horrable Rude Support.

System was Just ok It was very hard to work and not user friendly for me.
Cons
The program is very hard to work. When you needed help there was done for me. I felt they where very Anti- America to the point where the support person gave me in writing the "What is Wrong With You American Speech" Very insulting to me.
Summary
I was very disappointed with this program with more disappointed the support of this program. I have a company that needs a answering & fax system up and running all of the time. When I purchased the system they would not give me a CD copy of the program. When I asked them what happens should I ever have a problem losing the program, they clearly told me that I can always up load it from their site. As a matter of fact, they even provided me a correspondence letter stating how do up load it and gave me a key and a password. I will quote you what they wrote "Please make a hard copy of this key. You will need it when you when you re-install the program if you lose information in your computer" No where did they ever tell me there was a time limit on when you can up load the program. So when the computer system went down and I lost the program, my IT consultant tried to reinstall the Venta fax program from their site per their directions using the key and password. But when he tried, it would not work and he could not reinstall the program. So to get help, the IT then E mailed VentaFax's support about our problem. They told us that the program is no longer available and I would have to repurchase a newer version. They would not honor the sold deal and would not give me my money back. At this point, I was out the cost of the program and out of pocket with lost of company revenue. Furthermore, Venta Fax is located in a different country, they rudely when on to tell me in writing about the problems with us Americans. It's was very insulting to me. I guess we Americans always want something for nothing. I explained that all I wanted is the program that I bought and the deal as they sold to me. Plus, if they don't like dealing with Americans, please don't sell your product in America. I will never buy a thing from this Venta Fax again. Yours truly, A Poorly Treated American Consumer that I guess deserves to lose money because I am American?.
