The file is there, use the "direct download" link.
Cons
If you use the inst aller, you will get all sorts of vir usy software installed and you will want to kill yourself for being so stupid. When did CNET pimp itself out?
Summary
The file is here but be careful. This NEC driver also works for Iomega USB 3.5 floppy drive.
