Mobile Patrol Login (MPL) for Android

MPL is a mobile application for mobile / dispatch vehicles to review what locations they have to inspect while doing mobile rounds. As well, it allows the users to record what happened during these inspections. Details include where, when and any incidents noted during the inspection.
