Mail Backup X allows effortlessly to backup and restore email data from several email clients like Apple Mail, Outlook, Office 365, MS Exchange, Thunderbird, Postbox and major email services like Yahoo, Gmail and more which work with IMAP.
- The inbuilt mail viewer lets you instantly search and view any required emails from your mail archive.
- You get to save up to 3 times the storage due to the powerful data compression feature.
- You get to use the inbuilt email conversion feature which lets you export your email backups to different formats. You can import email archives from OLK, OST, PST, MBOX, EML, RGE formats and more.
- You can choose a cloud storage service (Google Drive, PCloud, One Drive, Dropbox or FTP server) or a USB drive as the destination storage for your mirror backups.
- The privacy of your email data is never compromised since you get the choice to encrypt your data with a private key. You don’t have to worry about the privacy or security of your data anymore.
- Cloud storage support such as Google Drive / OneDrive / Dropbox to save backup directly to the cloud from within the app.

* Redesigned viewer to show profile data for individual profiles and avoid clutter.
* App Level Security so that your data remains password protected. Security can be applied to individual profile: i.e. profile data can’t be viewed on any other machine without profile's security key.
* Wait when the wrong password entered multiple times.
* Ask password to open dashboard when app relaunched.
* Export attachments while exporting all emails as pdf.
* Backup Performance increased as compared to previous version.
* Office 365 backup can be done directly through EWS.
