Mail Backup X is Awesome...far superior to other Mac Mail backup software. I am not very technology oriented, yet found this program easy to learn and play with. You can add backup directly if you have any configured email account with Apple mail, Outlook for Mac or Thunderbird. Even it forces you to download each mail if it's not downloaded completely if your email client configured in IMAP which no other mail backup software do also it will display a detailed log if it's not downloaded completely which is the best part. The haze auto USB feature is an impressive one. Just assign a drive; it will automatically take incremental backup whenever you connect the drive if the backup set to automatic. When I try with the search function that is much faster than Google as well as inbuilt Mac Mail search function. I love this program, which is with an ultra modern look not like the old UI as others. Last but not the least, you will get a free gift as export function. You can export your emails to any email format you need like PST for Outlook, Apple Mail Archive for Apple Mail, mbox, and eml for thunderbird, Entourage Archive for Entourage 2004/2008 etc., it's free with Mail backup X which really help to save lots of money as most of the email converters are too much expensive. It has some many features that 95% of users would use. All in one works very well and for the money, it can't be beat. Definitely, get 2 thumbs up from me.

After having a major issue with our emails, and we were about to loose them all, this amazing software saved all our highly important data. On top the support team was in touch with us after minutes we contacted them and they did the entire job for us via team viewer. After 8 hours non stop work of the support team with recovering, converting and importing, all our 40.000 emails are back and safe. And believe it or not, all the support and work was for FREE!! We have never experienced such a professional, fast and super friendly service over the years. And all we did was buying this outstanding software. Knowing how important sensitive data is, and also backups sometimes do not help, this software is a must have for everyone who is serious about his emails. Thank you Steve for this amazing job!!!
