- Several times I have lost work due to the program freezing up before I've had a chance to save my work. This type of program makes a person paranoid to use it extensively. But if you can finish before it freezes, it's a great editor.

- I was looking for a program that would allow me to create a web site with no knowledge of HTML or anything related to web site development. This may be a great program if you actually know something about web site development, which I don't. I doesn't actually say that it's meant for someone like me, so I can't be too critical.

- For a free basic editor the product delivers. Have used Coffee Cup's free editor, that one just has so many problems when I tried to use it, especially recently. Like slow loading for previews. This product is very reliable and I have not had one problem yet with it.

- I was able to check the preview pane after each change of code. That way I was able to catch my mistakes right away.

- I had to use Selteco FTP to upload my files because I couldn't figure out how to upload from HTML Kit.

- I paid 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a code. Emailed their support team 3 times, no response. Great business practice - instantly deduct the $60 from the account and then disappear.
