Free Label Designer, a "little brother" of award winning CD Label Designer, is application that will help you to design and print CD jewel case and DVD box labels and round disk labels. It supports images, texts and circled texts allowing you to arrange, change size, angle and transparency of objects. You can also customize printout positions and make different print layouts and exchange them with others, and you can customize printout positions. Very easy to use.

Version: Free Label Designer 5.3.1
It downloaded pretty easily
My Norton 360 went nuts once I downloaded this program... It specifically flagged "SAPE.Downloader.37b7 has been detected" so this element was automatically removed by Norton... I've never seen Norton flag a program from Download.com before so this left me feeling a little queasy...
Once I launched the new program, it was nothing impressive... when I test-printed an old label through this new app, a message said it only printed at 200 dpi unless you upgrade... I deleted the program and I think I'm going to do a system rollback just to be safe...
It works, sort of, but use caution if you download it...
Thank you for your valuable comment, really appreciated. It's strange for the virus warning - we can only assume it's a false positive or that it's caused by third-party install wrapper, which CNet/Download.com forces. In any case, we will look into it ASAP.
As of 200 DPI limitation, to be honest, we thought it would be enough for the free version, as some of competition, without warning, uses even lower resolution. In any case, we might be wrong, so we will reconsider the decision.
