  Instead of getting Microsoft fix-It Center, the slimy toads at CNet direct you as usual to another firm with a toolbar and dreaded malware.

  Summary

  Don't attempt to download this or you'll find a different download with toolbar difficult to delete and hidden malware in your system. Cnet is almost always not to be trusted unfortunately.

• It's the best tool out there to fix Windows problems

  Pros

  It's easy to download and run. It will correct most problems quickly. It did fix the Windows Updates issue and it's the easiest way to resolve failed updates or problems with connections to the website.

  Cons

  I had to run the tool 3 times before it actually fixed a problem with Windows Updates. Other repairs with the Fit it Center tools have been a one time run to repair the problem

  Summary

  I would highly recommend this download. It's good for beginners who don't know how to troubleshoot a lot of the problems that happen with the Windows OS. I know that sometimes it's hard to find this to download on Microsoft's website, so it's good that CNET has it available.

  It appeared many months ago like it might fix something but? Fix what is the question.

  Why on earth do hey make you log into an account like your top secret military, good luck in remembering your codes you best right them down you have to have two upper, two lower cased letters, two numbers and two signs, since I upgraded the Microsoft hotmail to outlook, I can't log into my account or even get a password reset, try and create a new account with a different email, it don't work, what a nightmare.

  Summary

  Not going to use anything but Microsoft Security Essentials.

  Pros

  Used Everyone of them things on there and seems to me? My laptop is running so super speedy although I am constantly spending as much time cleaning it as I am using it for other purposes.

  Haven't found any as of yet. ( I did read that it is Not for Windows 7 but that's what I have and I haven't had a problem with it )

  Summary

  Over-All? I find it very easy to use. I Tried that CCleaner and that? Wiped out a Boat load of "Junk files" that WERE NOT Junk files!! (I ended up completely reformatting my laptop Just to get it "fixed" and replace what all that CCleaner took out!!) My Vote? Microsoft Fix it.

  Quick and simple; free; did not require system restart

  None at this time.

  Summary

  I was trying to open links from Live Mail and IE would flash for a second but never opened. An error window would pop. I then tried to open IE from my Quick Launch menu with no success. I installed the software and it took less than 5 minutes to fix my problem.
