  Not free and other softwares which were free tested a little better than this one in terms of convenience, user friendliness, features and accuracy.

  This Duplicate file Finder software was not bad. I have tested this software with over 20 other Duplicate file finder softwares on download.cnet.com and I give this software 3 stars because other software which were free tested a little better in terms of convenience, user friendliness, features and accuracy. Keep in mind that only 2 of the 20 Duplicate file finder softwares that I tested were better than this software; other Duplicate file finder softwares just failed miserably. In my opinion, "DupKiller" and "Fast Duplicate File Finder" tested better than this software. Based on my tests this software did a worsen job comparing to some "Duplicate file Finders" which were free. That was very shocking. I gave this software 3 stars not 4 stars because other softwares that were free tested a little better in terms of convenience, user friendliness, features and accuracy. In my opinion free softwares like "DupKiller" and "Fast Duplicate File Finder" tested better than this software!

• Exceeded my expectations

  Pros

  Able to find corrupted files from my iPod Touch just like expected but has a built in selection helped and was very happy that it has that.

  This is better than Auslogic (didn't detect the files on my test case) and has a selection helper (DupeRazor did not have such luxury). And the best part, it's free. Looking for a donate button in their site but there wasn't one. Too bad. I highly recommend this software.

  Not really sure. It sure kept my processors busy for 30 hrs though.

  Cons

  I understand this is a 15 day free trial but nowhere does it tell you that you may only compare 20 files unless you buy it! Then if you try to delete 20 duplicate files it gives the same error that you can only compare 20 files.

  Summary

  If you are putting out trialware then disclose its limitations.

  Fairly fast search for dups, works well, informs of level of sameness to help avoid mistakes

  Have to delete files one at a time. Takes three clicks to delet one file.

  Summary

  Excellent program for what it was designed to do. And hey........it was FREE. What do you expect.

  Pros

  I have more than 5000 mp3 files and many photo albums with my family. I found many duplicates in my media library. After running this software I saved much disk space also.
