• Wow! Does what I hoped it would... and MORE!

  Pros

  I hate how the thumbnail previews interfere with my design work. Whenever I'm working towards the bottom of a layout, up pop those task bar thumbnail previews every time my mouse passes near the task bar. No more! At first, it looked like I'd have to do a registry hack to DELAY the hover effect, but then I found this sweet little program. As it turns out, there are several other tweaks it will let you perform — many I can't wait to try out.

  None! This program is great and does just what it sets out to do.

  Pros

  Only program that disabled "Grouping" completely in Win7

  None that I can think of.

  Summary

  Program accomplishes what it was created for very well. Considering there are no known registry settings that allow you to disable the taskbar grouping behavior (Windows XP "Grouping" is different from Vista/Win7 "Grouping") this program is a godsend.

  Allows people to do some possibly useful (to them at least) things with the taskbar.

  Cons

  Would only complicate such a simplified and easily manipulated OS!

  Summary

  Thought this sounded like an interesting thing just looking at the title, but when reading the description- I thought why bother? I'm happy with Windows 7 being the way it is. I don't really see any need for this at all, and it would probably not do many new users a great deal of good in utilising it either.
