Keep your Internet connection from being terminated automatically.
Once 1Kickthis is running it will monitor for a Dialup Connection and when it finds one it will automatically start getting/downloading web pages at random Intervals (between 30 seconds and three minutes). For those who don't use Dialup Networking to connect to the Internet 1Kickthis can be controlled manually. While 1Kickthis is active it will simulate web browsing by randomly visiting various Web sites (by default the software comes with 50 different web site addresses) at random intervals giving the impression that you are quite busy browsing the Web.
None so far. I am not sure why other people are complaining. Maybe I am just lucky ;)

Good software, performs as advertized!

Summary
Fine software, performs as advertized! I've used Wake-Up and Tardis for a few years to keep my Dial-Up connection running (and..hey! Anyone remember Wizon)? The 'Monolith' ISP I use finally figured them out(MONOLITH is THEIR in house handle for themselves, NOT my terminology), and started booting me again after about 20 min. 1KickThis keeps me connected. Surely, they'll figure it out as well someday. Good thing is, some wonderful geek or egghead will already have another workaround out on CNET by the time they do. What irks me, is if you live in an area where you can get their much bally-hooed 'broadband', you can stay online forever. If you're a poor slob with lowly 'dial-up', they keep a timer on you. Well, they've never denied their hypocrisy. Oops, got side-tracked. To the folks at GroupK, great software, a few bucks donation is on it's way to you, thanks a bunch!-----Kev.
