Just a hype product to get your attention then let you down. Waste of download time. It's just what they want and not what you want.

This version of the program only allows monitoring if you are connecting through a modem. As we were not doing so, there was no way to monitor the connection. It would have been helpful if the creator had actually said that in the above instructions.
