• fancy, lots of options, stable

  Fancier graphics than most other chat systems, stable with lots of user, lots of customization options.

  Current version has no option for users to create their own rooms, although private chat one to one is available.

  Summary

  We have used many different chat rooms systems, and 123flashchat is one of the best. This system handles more than 100 users chatting at the same time without crashing (for us using a semi-shared, mostly dedicated server); where most similar systems we have tried do not fare well once there are more than 20 simultaneous connections. There are many options for the admin to choose in the backend, which allows you to tailor many features the way you prefer for your web site. With so many options in the backend it can get confusing, but once you tool around with the different options and settings, the system runs just great. We have not had a crash or server / chat room reset with this system in over 6 months. Our users like the graphical layout, as it appears fancier and more polished than similar systems we have tried. The premium version with paid add ons like "upload user avatars" has served us quite well. The basic version comes with a good selection of emoticons and flash animations, as well as different skins you can choose for the basic layout. If you want a very specific skin or additional smileys added, you may need to pay the developers for this work, as it is not a simple file to edit to change these from what we have seen. The new html5 client is an excellent addition to this chat rooms system, this has allowed us to expand our user base. Many of our users are now wanting to use tablets and sometimes cell phones to interact in the chat rooms, and the html5 code makes this possible. This is one of the best systems we have used (and we have tried more than 20 professional chat rooms scripts) - the price for the premium version is fair compared to similar offerings, and the amount of use we have gotten has spurred us to add some extra premium plugins to make the chat rooms even more enjoyable for return visits from our users. The install process is not simple if you are unfamiliar with command line stuff (for us using a linux based web server, not sure what the install may be like on windows based servers). We had to get help installing the main program, but given the huge amount of options and flexibility of this robust program, it was worth it.

  Summary

  Well, I have different experience for this chat software provider named 123 Flash Chat. Regardless of their product, I think 123 Flash Chat got a really good team from sales to support. I just purchased the license last year, and they do everything for me. From set up to installation to integration. It's one time fee, no extra charge. I guess they are nice guys and it is a company I can trust. And the most important this chat script is really working perfect on my website. After the do the integration for me, the chat seems like a part of my site, everything is fine. When will be the new version published?

  We have used 123flashchat for many years now and and experience again that they are trying to get us to pay for the same item multiple times. To do business with one such firm is not recommended as they do this again and again. For those who want to trade with a serious company, this is not the right firm. They change the terms of the agreements without consent, and they hold back the item you initially purchased. They stop responding to requests when you do not agree with the way they try to trick themselves to more money from their customers. As a resultat of this we ended up paying several thousand dollars for a chatsystem we no longer can use, because they have given us a license that do not work properly anymore. They have removed part of the contents of the license.

  Pros

  I have a chat hosted by 123FlashChat, and I do not regret it! I have everything I was looking for : quality, a responsive support and especially a stable service.

  Cons

  The gift system is less useful for what it does and something that has been around for a long time there hasn't been any improvement towards it.

  Pros

  123flashchat server is the best chat software available in the market, stability , professional interface, wide range of features and large number of concurrent chatters support is the best description.

  Cons

  It's as if that the ban users can't be prohibit well, they can easly come back by deleting cookies or other ways.

  Summary

  123 Flash Chat has been a superb service, and I would highly recommend it to any of my associates if they ever are looking for a chat solution. We are very happy to have chosen this chatbox. It has a very good value for money ratio, the performance is good and so is the backup and service of the team!

  I used it for two months and it is quite stable; Very neat -looking and easy to use We use it to do live broadcasting and it is quite attractive

  Pros

  Before installing this software I tried several others which promised quick installations and highly stable operations but all of them let me down. When I moved into this script, I was very happy because I did not have to worry about the stability of the chat platform.

  Not many software products out there had these features. This chat software indeed proved to be the most versatile software that I have ever come across in my experience. Another reason why I liked this product is that 123FlashChat is very professional both in terms of the quality of the interface and the features. I should not forget to mention here that not only I am impressed with this chat software but my users are also impressed with the quality of the chat room experience they enjoy on my website and this is one of the main reasons I continue with 123FlashChat. I am not sure whether any other software will give me and my website users with the same quality experience. Unlike the other JAVA chats, it is very fast and I don't run in to problems on day to day basis.

  Easy to be setup and the UI is pretty good Video is stable and I have customizaed several features Their support is good, very fast

  The new HTML5 client is still not synchronized with the flash end; And need more smileys
