Does exactly what it says it does

- I needed a TAP compliant dispatcher which I'm using with my current pager. It worked on the very first try. It found my modem for me and all I needed to do what set up the access numbers

- I didn't have a lot of time to fool with it. If I had, I probably could have gotten it to work. Didn't care for the set-up procedure. Dials via modem, but couldn't get message sent and I couldn't stop it from redialing.
