Converts trades' records from EXCEL to .TXF format.

Pros
Saves a lot of time by replacing a manual job by automatic procedure.
Cons
Converted file had several senseless records at the top. Maybe it was my own fault. Anyway, I have deleted these records and got the proper file (according to my check-up).
