• Paid but activation code did not work

  - None. Software would not even allow me to use it

  Cons

  - Could not activate software. Error was login or activation code was incorrect - Tech support never responded to my emails - Sales via phone was slow and cumbersome to get a refund. Submit request via avangate site. Wait 5 days. Call back. On hold. Request refund again via phone. Wait 3+ days for refund. - I was a repeat customer having bought the Apollo DVD RIpper in past. What an unprofessional company. Never buy their products unless you want to lose your money, time or patience. So unprofessional

  Pros

  Does its job and rips audio from DVDs to WMA, MP3 and WAV at a decent speed and with easy to understand operations and options and settings.

  Cons

  Get the full version to appreciate the program properly. <p>Afew niggles and things that you may need to adjust within your system in order to get the best performance from this program. <p>Eats a little bit of memory but has options to help combat this.

  5 min tiral mode but couldn't rip even without using ASPS. Just crashed.

  It kept start-stopping when it was ripping a track. It took about 3 minutes for a 2.5 minute track. Then I had to turn the volume up full to barely hear it.
