This quick and easy utility helps expert users download and construct select boot disks. WinBuilder bootstraps itself on first execution. The Download Center then makes it easy to download only what is needed for each chosen application. Users merely pick from four pull-down items: Minimum, Recommended, Complete, or Beta. The app helpfully displays the number of files and their total size for each boot disk application. In addition, simple checkboxes easily remove specific scripts from the download process. After download, WinBuilder offers simple installation wizards for each of the downloaded applications.

Pros
Helps you build live windows discs, customize the builds and then export your customized builds for posting on a site, or burn the complication to a CD. Free and community, donations, and ad-powered.
Cons
Requires the windows CD for the version your building and might set off your antivirus, causing errors. The interface might be tricky for beginners.
Summary
This software is definitely not for basic users. It lets you create bootable windows CDs (live CDs) which can aid you when your PC is malfunctioning or has a virus, or if you need to back it up and you can't access Windows or Safe Mode. Works ok, but uses some dead virus samples (won't infect your PC) to catch viruses (works the same way as Human Virus/Flu Vaccinations work) which might set off your antivirus.
