Publisher's Description
From The Conversations Network:
Levelator is a software that adjusts the audio levels within your podcast or other audio file for variations from one speaker to the next, for example. It's not a compressor, normalizer or limiter although it contains all three. It's much more than those tools, and it's much simpler to use. The UI is dirt-simple: Drag-and-drop any WAV or AIFF file onto The Levelator's application window, and a few moments later you'll find a new version which just sounds better.

"Great Program"
Version: The Levelator 2.1.1
Pros
This program is great for leveling all the different sounds into room to the same level and keeping sound level consistent.
Cons
also increases background noise.
Summary
Great program if you do not have the equipment to level this when recording, or just cannot afford it, which i sure can't.

Pros
just like Doug Kaye says, this thing is amazing
Cons

Summary
very good, very fast, worth a donation to their tip jar! http://www.conversationsnetwork.org/levelator-donate
