The trial version works as it says.
You would think that if someone bought a activation key it would not matter whether it is for a PC or MAC. For whatever reason it does, and I purchased the wrong one in error. Obviously could not get it to work, and was given a new one for a MAC. However, it did not work either.
Not expensive, but not worth the hassle because it is too hard to get help if you run into problems. A registration code should work regardless if you're on a MAC or a PC. I am still not sure how a code is generated and then returned as invalid. Asked for a refund in the end so I could find a different program.
Does as described. Free.
Difficult to use, the file column is so this you can only see the first few characters and impossible to select the correct file.
The main issue is that is split my tiff to black and white files, so this program is useless.
Split my scanned images to black and white images.
Easy to install and operate, drag and drop function makes it a winner.
Every page in the tiff is split as single pages. Would have been useful if you could split a page out and leave the REST of the tiff with the remaining pages
It does what it says, quickly, neatly, and with a minimum of resources. I had it downloaded, installed, and ran my first file, all in less than 5 minutes. I will use this frequently to split my efaxes into something others can read.
I assigned the file a new name when I saved it initially. Tiff Splitter wouldn't recognize it (I couldn't browse to it) until I reassigned it the original name. This is very annoying, and should be an easy fix.
quick, easy, separates TIFFs into individual images
None. I think it's great.
I like a product that does what it says it will do, without adds and spyware, and no unnecessary frills. I am very satisfied.
could not complete installation because it asks for a particular version of .NET, which, according to my system, I already have a newer version.

This app works great and it is free. Why don't you pay some money and buy an app then you won't have to worry about .net.
You need to pay $$ to get support !
No adware or spyware. I use this in conjunction with Windows XP faxing utility. It takes multiple page faxes and converts them into individual pages. It renames the files to the same name and adds a dash followed by the page number.
Installation was very fast and easy. Do not pay hundreds elsewhere, this is a great solution!
Does exactly what it says - works simply and fairly quickly without screwing up the source or target files. A great utility that does one thing well.
The UI is not very sophisticated - but, what do you want for free? Filenames in input folder are truncated after about 7 characters, followed by "..." - so, it's sometimes difficult to differentiate between files if they all start with the same 7 characters.
It would be nice if you could manually enter (ie. type) the Input directory name, instead of having to Browse for it - the ability to do either would be nice - and if it would remember the input folder from the previous invocation. These are just minor gripes, though.
