Messages are positive affirmations such as "I am succeeding" and "I am full of energy." With the stingy two-use trial version, you probably won't be able to measure the program's effectiveness in removing facial wrinkles, increasing driving skills, or achieving any of the other self-help goals. However, this simple program is easy enough for any user.
