Pros
Easy to set up. Works very well with Thunderbird 11. Thorough filtering of email, providing good flexibility for custom filters. Uses a clean local host to interface to TB. Comprehenseive setup wizard.
Cons
None at this point.

Similar to Spam Sieve on the Mac. A good app., worthy of a try.

Cons
You are always behind the ball with the filters, when tactics change you have to update the filters again. It gets so complicated that you end up filtering good mail unless you're very careful.
Summary
In it's time I liked the tool, but spammers just got too clever for it's limited filters. Gmail, Hotmail, Commtouch and others created better technology to sort out problems before they got to your inbox. Technology evolved.

This should look at the address book and only markup as Spam when the source is not in the address book
