Create subscriptions for events, contacts lists using the option View Only. Share and synchronize Outlook PST data via email with our fully functional replacement for Microsoft Outlook Net Folders. Share Outlook custom forms. Synchronization and sharing between different Outlook versions (i.e. 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007) is supported including the latest Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 versions. E.g. you can synchronize calendar and contacts between your home PC's Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 at your working place. No server and no administrators are needed. It's a cost effective solution for a family, as well as for business workgroups.

BTW I just noticed negative reviews are written at the same time using fake accounts, don't be fooled. Obviously competitors or one angry client. Perhaps the best thing to do is to backup Outlook and give it a try. It made my Outlook sharing look easy. Good luck! (Sry English is not my native language)
