Fast end easy to use and is also with norwegian text

Pros
It only takes 2 sec to start the program and it is easy to use. Our company has got it for all employees and it is used all the time. You do not understand that you need it before you have tried it!!! Have tried other programs, but they are slow and does not have a good user interface.
Cons
Does not have a video capture option.
