• Comprehensive,easy to use & affordable.

  Pros

  Does everything a small business needs, easy to use and set-up, does not require a monthly membership, good value, has lots of hardware options to add on, meets all of our management and tracking needs, customer service was able to resolve our challenges by email.Plenty of easy to watch tutorial videos on how to set everything up.

  Cons

  You have to get customer support by email, versus talking to on phone, although they were able to resolve our issue by email in a timely manner...within a 24 hour response time. I believe they may have tech support that you can pay for... most companies do this now. For the low price you pay for the software though, I don't blame them.

  I would highly recommend!

  They don't disclose the customer service phone number nor answer the phone ever. Their emails were very rude and send cut-and-paste answers. Don't waste your time.

  Pros

  Very easy to use and setup, can be used on any standard pc. I have been using it in a busy barber shop for a few years, never faulted. Very easy to train new staff on. Just make sure it is in the startup folder in windows and when pc comes on it will go straight to the front log in screen! Looked at various products but this one is so simple and online videos to help you set it all up. I use an epson tm88iv usb receipt printer with the windows driver, works perfect. Also using it on windows 8, no problems so far. RECOMMEND!!

  transferring license between pc when pc has fault not possible.

  I am a computer technician and I do work for mainly businesses, the salon that I currenly handle uses Salon Maid and was dissatisfied with all other products, I would also recommend Salon Maid to any new salons I wind up setting up or doing work for.

  Simple to use fast delivery much cheaper than other software no monthly service charge

  can't link a square card with this.
