• Don't buy. Bad product. Horrible customer support.

  Pros

  It has a scheduler, which is why I wanted an alternative to SendBlaster. Sadly, other problems made it impossible for us to use.

  Cons

  * It's slow. I waited while it took over an hour to process the subscribe mail in one box. SendBlaster does it in a few seconds. Even with almost 100 emails (mostly spam in the box) * The interface is clunky and cumbersome. There are many processes, while setting up our lists that took hours when they should have taken minutes. Many things must be done one at a time. It's just not intuitive. * They have no phone number and they don't get back to you. I emailed them the first time and they didn't respond at all. I sent them another one two day later and they answered that one the next day. But they are no longer answering my emails. I asked for my money back and they refuse. They say I had the software more than 30 days but in fact my IT guy bought it more than 30 days ago but I just got a hold of it the day I asked for the refund.

  If they offer us a refund, I will edit this review, but in the meantime, beware of this company. They are not honest and they don't care about their customers.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Sep 22, 2014<p/>I should mention that it seems that the company is based in China. They don't seem to want you to know and we didn't find out until after we already bought the product.

  Pros

  Nesox allows businesses the flexibility of emailing and tracking at an affordable price with just one-time payment. Many email services out there doesn't provides the option of one-time payment. It is recommended with individuals and business who are looking to save cost in purchasing a email software over email service.

  Cons

  Quite detail, that you need to click individual tabs to find elements which you need. It just requires some time to get the hang of how to use this software.

  Summary

  Great buy for users who to create email lists without paying increasing rates as the subscriber list increases.

  Nesox is a very advanced level email marketing software that is easy to use. The other bonus is that it comes at a very affordable price. They will provide all the help you need during the use of this software. The software provides Professional and real-time reports which includes rich campaign reports and also rich list reports. One can get advantages like multi-list subscription, customizable subscription form, email tracing for opens and reads and hyperlink clicks. They provide XML based tools for website integration procedures. If you have a large volume customer list, there are no issues. Nesox also gives you subscribe and unsubscribe handling automatically.

  It has a very good interface , it´s simple to understand and easy-to-use , has the features a good program need and nothing unnecessary. The Support Team is fast and competent. I deeply recommend to people who needs a reliable e-mail marketing system.

• A complete solution

  Pros

  I liked the possibility of working directly with a remote mysql database, with subscriptions php page generated by the software and the grouping option. This allow me to keep my base safe on my isp. It's much much easier than phpList...

  Cons

  I had some difficult connecting to my mysql database. Got solved by the support help...
