Revo Uninstaller is a freeware innovative uninstall utility much faster than Windows Add/Remove applet. With its advanced and fast algorithm, Revo Uninstaller scans before and after you uninstall an application. After the program's regular uninstaller runs, you can remove additional unnecessary files, folders and registry keys that are usually left over on your computer. Even if you have a broken installation, Revo Uninstaller scans for an application's data on your hard disk drives and in the Windows registry and shows all found files, folders and registry items so you can delete them.
Version 1.83 improves listing of installed programs and uninstall algorithms.

Where the built-in and sluggish Windows Add or Remove Programs option fails, freeware Revo picks up the slack. It builds out a useful feature set on top of a fairly light, 1.5MB installation. Launching Revo fires up the Uninstaller screen, which shows icons and titles of all programs installed on your machine. You can change the View to List or Details, if you'd like more information. Right-clicking gives users a list of choices, from the fundamental like Uninstall and Remove from list, to Search Google, Show the installation directory, and quick access to the app's Help file, its About screen, and an Update link.
Revo also provides some powerful tools. Advanced mode adds program-specific Registry key access to the context menu. The Tools Optimizer holds the Autorun Manager, Windows Tools access screen, and a Junk File finder/killer. The Autorun Manager provides one-stop shopping for startup tweaking. Windows Tools pulls together various and disparate basic utilities under one umbrella, and the Junk killer is just killer.
The Tools Tracks Cleaner accesses cache-cleaning features, include standard browser cache functions as well as crash memory dump files, MS Office cleaners, system-wide and program-specific search histories, and more. Another cool function is the Hunter, which offers click-and-drag uninstall and process-killing functionality. Revo and the way that it will revolutionize your uninstall workflow is hard to pass up.

Pros: This is an excellent program. Simply does what is says it will do - Uninstall unwanted programs. Great tool for any computer.
Cons: Little difficult to use all of its features, but, in time, you will understand how to use it.

"For completely clean uninstalling"
Pros: Revo executes such a clean uninstall that one is no longer concerned about trying an application and having to uninstall it later without leaving a mess.
Cons: Would be better if there was some indication whether other programs depended upon any of the bits leftover.
Summary: Wish I had Revo earlier for its clean uninstall capability rather than all the leftover rubbish I have obviousyl accumulated todate. Easy to use - a great program.

Pros: Love this one. I have been using it for years. Cleans all traces of installed software, even from the Registry. Finds stuff that ADD/Remove Programs doesn't. Try the Hunter Mode.
Cons: None here.

Pros: The Only software that really remove all the traces of a software, and that can remove a software which bugs and can't be uninstalled. It's Perfect !
