I have tried many different key recovery software packages, but this, to me is the best I have found. The demo version only provides partial keys, need to buy the full version for full keys.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Dec 30, 2016<p/>I should have mentioned the version I am reviewing is 9.0.3.168 x64 bit

pro? I've stopped One soul from going through what I went through. that's a pro, right?

it shows 30 some keys but then has the keys hidden and wants money. it was supposed to show at least 4 keys so I'd know how it works. Total scam. I see why those who bought it weren't able to make it work. of course no one answers their phone either.
Summary
jelly bean is free but it doesn't get all the software on your system. I can see how, IFF (if and Only if) you could make this work it might be worth the hassle. BIGGG iff though...

Will recover license keys from remote computers or external hard drive

Does not retrieve license key for MS Office 2013, but as I was told by support, this key can't be recovered since it isn't stored in the system at all. So, any recovery tool will not show it.
Summary
In fact, people don't realize how beneficial this software actually is, until they have to reformat their machines. This program can find activation keys of installed softwares in few seconds, and allows to save them into different formats. So, you'll be able to keep this data for future and don't need to waste a lot of time looking for activation keys in unknown locations or worth purchase programs again. So, this recovery keys tool is for those who wants to save their time and money.

Does not retrieve keys for Windows OEM or VLK products Have only had one instance of so far possibly 10 scans that an Office product key was retrieved Most products where keys are retrieved are completely incorrect. Support even replied to an email that they do not guarantee 100% accuracy on retrieval - funny this isn't on the website

Program is joke. Save your money for all the programs Recover Keys is suppose to retrieve and go with Magical Jellybean, at least I've had slightly more luck with that program at getting correct keys for the main programs I'm interested in than this product. I used Recover Keys to help speed up my time of pulling licenses before refreshing a customers system. Because of incorrect keys being displayed, I need to go back to the customer and have them pull original licenses wasting another day or two for them to retreive the proper information. What also annoys me with this product is that their website says upgrades 'major upgrades' are available at a nominal cost. That's a joke. I received an email from the company with the latest upgrade (about 10 months after purchasing the version i have now) If $3 off the price that is advertised on Cnet is nominal what is the use, especially with the high inaccuracy rate.

Lets you preview search results before paying! Saved me over $40 right away by recovering my blood bowl legendary edition player key.

the only cons are the other reviews here. I almost didn't try this program because of them. All I can say though is download it and do the free search and preview and decide for yourself. I'm glad I did ;)
Summary
i purchased a new laptop and wanted to move some games to my new computer. Recover Keys was able to find all my CD and player keys on my existing computer so that I would not have to re-purchase several games for my new computer. so if you're like me and don't remember what site you purchased a downloadable game from - Recover Keys can help you out.

Software is not intelligent enough to deliver the correct product key every time.

In my experience, I had installed a trial version first and then purchased a full version of Office Professional 2010. The key shown by Recover-Keys was the product key for the trial version of the software, not the full version of the software. The statement of this company is to "try the demo before you buy" to be sure you will get the desired result. I would definitely advise this. Run the demo software and then compare the portion of the product key shown by the Recover- Keys demo with the product key you have on the paper in front of you to be sure it is showing the correct results . . . OH WAIT! If i had the product number in front of me - I wouldn't need to buy the Recover Keys! BUYER BEWARE! Read the refund policy, try the demo first and then KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE because wether you get the correct information or not . . . your hard earned bank is gone for good!

I downloaded several product key finders, this one seems to be best. List of supported programs is huge, interface nice and works with HDD that is not bootable anymore. Can scans remote PCs (maybe a bit slow on WiFi network).
