From Conceptworld :RecentX lets you find any file as you type, provides fast access to widespread documents, deep folders, cluttered programs, Internet history & bookmarks/favorites. Although RecentX can find any file or folder, it gives higher preference to 'recently' accessed files & folders as they are more important to you. It is easier to pick the right file from a smaller set of important files than to pick from a large clutter of unimportant files. You do not have to spend time adding your favorite files, folders. Also, common file operations (copy, paste) can be quickly performed without using a file manager. Avoids visiting of hierarchical folders, start menu, favorites menu, Internet history and network places. Because, hierarchy access is very time consuming, tedious and unnecessary.

"A first class product in every respect."
Pros: I've tried and I can't anything i don't like about this product. Excellent value for money as well.

Pros: it does exactly what it says it will do: Drastically lessons the time it takes to find items; anything from webpages to folders. I love it to find music folders.
Cons: it might be my computer and not RecentX but it won't let me access webpages; at least not very well. When I click on a recent webpage it FREEZES just sits there. But my computer is acting up anyway.
Summary: HUH? Just read what I wrote above! Why make us repeat it??

Pros: RecentX saves times, is very easy to use, just works well.
Cons: There is NOTHING I don't like about RecentX
Summary: Extremely handy utility that save lots of time finding recently or frequently used documents, web pages, folders and programs. Very unobtrusive user interface with great functionality. Reasonably priced too!

Pros: Tiny toolbar &/or hotkey(s) to invoke. Type a few letters, and list of recently visited [folders, files, programs, sites] is immediately filtered. Arrow/mouse to select, dbl-click or return, and presto, RecentX disappears and target appears.
Cons: Sometimes when I choose a text file, it launches an instance of notepad.exe, but no window appears. Probably a simple bug they will fix soon.
Summary: Very easy to use as the number of keystrokes is minimal, and functionality is duplicated between mouse & keyboard.

"Easy to use and very helpful"
Pros: I have given 4 starts because sometimes it takes some seconds to start but in general the program is really good and helpful. I'm addicted in some programs like ClipMate, Babylon and I believe that RecentX will be on of them very short.
Cons: besides my comments above, I haven't noticed any problems with this software.
Summary: I recommend this software for people who work everyday on a PC wasting time looking for files and openning folders.
