From R-tools Technology:R-Linux is a free data recovery and undelete utility for Ext2FS/3FS (Linux) file systems. File recovery after power failure, system crash, virus infection or partition reformation, even for the different file system. Unformat and unerase tool. The utility creates image files an entire disk, partition or its part. Such drive image can be processed like regular drive. Recognition and parsing of Dynamic (Windows 2000/XP), Basic and BSD (UNIX) partitions layout schema. Localized names support. Recovered files can be saved on any (including network) disks accessible by the host operating system.
Version 3.0 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

"The Best Recovery Tool Ever!"
Pros: This is how software should work, not to mention it's free- if I were to appraisethe value of this software- I'd say it's priceless.
Cons: There's nothing not to like about this product. Now this provides acces to an outlook far beyond the range of our ordinary experience.

"Worked as described - saved my files and my life !!!"
Pros: Easy to run, clean interface, and performed exactly as described.
Cons: There are no cons to this application.
Summary: The help files were excellent, although I barely needed them. Recovered 80,880 of 86,311 files from a corrupt Fedora installation, most importantly it recovered the files and allowed me to save them on to another drive with the filenames and direct... read more >>
