Summary
I've been using Password Agent since 1996 or 1997. I use it to store passwords for all of my programs; financial information for doing Web banking and stock trading; license keys for my software packages, and a few other things I am probably forgetting. The program works flawlessly, and I keep my password file updated on all of my computers, and carry a copy on a flash drive.
I also use font xplorer, which is a great font program. The one disappointment was when Ahto stopped supporting Multimedia Xplorer, which in the early days of computers was by far the best multimedia organizer at any price. -

Easy to set up, easy to use, convenient, quick, small memory footprint, saves a lot of time and eliminates the frustration of mistyped keys. It is easily configurable to suit security needs on a single-user computer or a shared computer.
Cons
None at all for the program, I just wish I had known about it earlier!
Summary
I have used the program for a couple of months and now have an addiction to it. It is hard to imagine going back to other programs tried or signing in manually on every site like the old days. This program is a keeper!
This is a dream-come-true for big hands on a laptop keyboard to easily sign-in without all the typing, even if you can type well. I would think it great for those with arthritis, carpal tunnel, other arm/wrist/hand ailments or poor typing skills as it reduces key-strokes tremendously.
You can open the page from the interface and then hot-key in your user name and password. Smooth and easy! The limited free version is fully functional, the purchased version simply has no limit to files with passwords to my understanding. I use quite a few sites and have certainly not had any limit troubles.
You can also store data or other items securely, not just user names and passwords.
On IE8 the hot-key enters the user name and password but clicking to enter both directly from the interface does not, yet this is IE8 misbehaving as I tried it on others and it was fine. XP and IE8 to be precise. The open link from the interface works fine on XP and IE8.
Unless you have the big boys and girls with supercomputers at the NSA or some other spy agency after you the encryption will meet all your needs.
I highly recommend this program for any user and for commercial concerns I would recommend the purchased version. -
"Can't Live Without This Program!"

This little program is Secure, it solves All 'Remember The Password' problems. It performs as advertised with no problems. It also keeps notations safe. It is also very configurable. You can't go wrong with this one--- Excellent!
Cons
None, except there is no Linux version.
Summary
Have used the registered version for years. I have compared it with most others in my search for a program that's similar for Linux. Nothing Compares with this program. It also keeps all your personal password information with you, (Not on Some Cloud Server that can be hacked).
Put a backup copy on a disk with your password file and you can be portable with all your important information anywhere anytime. The most

Very, good program to keep User IDs and Passwords. I've tried other password storage programs, but I always come back to Password Agent Lite.
Cons
Had problems on 64 bit Sony Vaio system, reset compatibility.
Summary
I hope hackers can't crack in to it. I keep over 150 entries and backup on line. Some web sites wont allow pasting user ID or Password in to, so I must write down long user names and passwords for entry.

This program allows the user to record a virtually unlimited number of accounts with their passwords and other account information in a browsable file. If yu have a number accounts on the Internet and elsewhere, it is indispensible.
Cons
Be ye sure to backup your password file and remember its name in case the hard disk crashes or must be otherwise replaced. This will happen to you!

The program works fast. You can input more than the 10 maximum for the Roboform intro program.Cons
I have to click 5 times for Password Agent for every 2 times that I click with Roboform. Almost seems easier just to type in the login and password.
Summary
Try it, read the directions carefully and have patience, because it will require more work to get to the site you want.

Pros
It can store 25 sets of User IDs and Passwords (called entries), in the free version. That is per file so if you need more just make multiple files. It is very easy to learn how to use. It can be used by someone who knows very little about computers.
Cons
It would be nice if it could fill out web form like credit card information without having to make a template. It would also be nice if you could run it from a thumb drive on a different computer without installing it.
Summary
I love this software it hasn't crashed my computer or froze up. It hasn't made any registry errors. The pro version, (which has unlimited entries per file see above), can be bought on the company's website, at a very reasonable price. It is made by an excellent company (Moon Software). I would check out their website for other software.

Simple, intuitive stable & secure..

Not a lot. But beware that you must use a password that you can not forget - otherwise all your details will be lost. There is no central reference point to retrieve them!
Summary
The lite version is adequate. The upgrade is not only cheap but has been stable for years though some 4 Microsoft operating systems without any call to spend more on further updating. My main problem has been to allow myself to log too many providers without doing the housework on them.
The full version of 'Password Agent' is indispensible to me. Having used the 'Lite' version until my needs expanded beyond its reasonable use, the full version is a wonder to me - & one of the few programs which runs from pre- Millenium up to & including Windows 7, 64 bit.
