Open++ is a context menu shell extension that allows you to quickly open the selected files or folders with the customized commands. It adds a submenu with customized menu items to the shell context menu when right clicking files or folders in Windows Explorer. Open++ also provides some predefined commands, such as Open Command Prompt, Copy Path, Change Properties, Create Sub Folder, View File Checksum, Run With Arguments, Register DLL, Unregister DLL, Copy Shortcut Target, Find Shortcut Target, and so on.
What's new in this version: Version 1.5.1 added support to "Run with Arguments" for shortcut file which target is an executable file.

Pros
It's a nice and small shell extension for your Windows that works with any Windows system. Many useful features and possibilities. You can add every exe program you like, you can open and close your CD/DVD drive etc... Check it out!
Cons
For such a small app there's nothing to complain.
Summary
If your desktop is full of icons and stuffs, this small extension can be of a great help.

I've been searching for a product to open .zip files, rather than using The Command Prompt, which I can't figure out to use it. So, this "Open++" This is a .zip file! Any idea how to open it?
