This timing program has all the necessary features to keep track of multiple events, and is freeware to boot. MultiTrack Stopwatch may seem basic, with an interface that can only be described as austere. But it doesn't need any more bells and whistles to be considered one of the more reliable and functional timers we've tested. The program allows you to keep time on ten events simultaneously. Each timer can easily be set to count up or down, with a alarm available for each. Synchronization is a snap. Timers can be started and stopped by just hitting the space bar on the keyboard. You can name each timer, as well as send timer results to a log file. This free application will no doubt appeal to students looking for a reliable timing tool.Publisher's Description

A stopwatch which has 10 counters to clock multiple elapse times parallely. Multiple counters also act as lap holder or just for keeping results of past clocking. Has ways to start, stop and reset all counters at once. You may select down count mode. Allowed to record counter values to a file oe Clipboard. Conversion feature calculates and shows time related quantities, for example time * speed = distance.
What's new in this version: Version 2.3.1 is a bug-fixing release.

- Start, stop, continue, reset, lap, and synchronization
- Can also start / stop all timers at once
- Count up or down
- Always-on-top option
- Safety lock feature
- Records times to the clipboard or a file in various formats
- Compact size
- No-nonsense plain as dirt (ugly) interface; I don't care!Cons
- The help file is basically a one-sheeter, but most of the functions are either obvious or become apparent after a little tinkering.
This isn't nearly enough of a neg to deduct a star.Summary
This program is perfect for figuring out how long various simultaneous processes take to execute when writing programs and macros. Every button and display is a Windows control that can be called and activated.

Pros
I can time how long it takes me to play a game of FreeCell. Seems to work flawlessly.
Cons
LOL would love it if it would pick up the number of the FreeCell game I am playing. Then if it would start when you make the first move, and end when you have made the last move. Oh record the date and time would be special too.
Summary
It does what it says it will do. Now they just need to add the other features I would like to see!!

If you're just looking for a timing device for projects, assignments to invoice, this software is a jewel. It's clean of any extraneous malware (Cool Timer had a problem, according to AVG).
Cons
None for its purpose.

only suggestion would be the ability to name each timer, and to be able to start it at a specific time as well (start it at 1:30, instead of 0).
