"so far I can't get the setup to run."
Pros: none so far
Cons: I can't even get the product to set up.keep getting an error message that set up was not complete and to rerun. Even when I open the drive and double click on the setup icon, no luck!
Summary: Well, so far the bottom line is this stinks. Brand new product and it won't load. $35 to clal microsoft for assistance. Can't return it as the store is out fo business now.

"Great for XP/Vista; Horrible if you've upped to Win 7"
Pros: Good pic quality and face tracking is decent.
Cons: Will NOT work on Windows 7, unless you are willing to test drive a beta for MS. The monitor perch configuration lacks rubber grips to keep the camera in place.
Summary: Good unless you upgraded to Windows 7, in which case it is a nice plastic decorative object on top of your monitor.
