In addition to the image alteration tools, the program includes a step to send resized images to the publisher's photo-storage site.

Experienced user will quickly chaff at Memory Waves Image Optimizer's lockstep approach. However, novice users needing to make simple changes to a small number of images will find this freeware app very easy to learn and operate.
