You can then delete unwanted e-mail before it gets to you. Other features help identify and protect you against viruses and worms. Included are comprehensive antispam tools and many other features.

The program works ok but the company stinks.
Cons
The program is good enough but don't even think about paying for a lifetime upgrade. I did and then 2 years later they withdrew it saying I had to pay for the next upgrade. Completly dishonest

Summary
I've been a Mailwasher user for years. Advertising something as "Free" (even though I paid for a never to expire license - which did)
and then making me sign-up for something I don't want isn't free. -

Easy setup and allows me to check my email before it gets to my pc without any fuss. Good time saver.
Cons
Comes with download.com's advertising based installer like all other software on download.com, but you can opt out of installing the advertised software during installation

Why would I want to install MORE SPAM to get rid of EXISTING SPAM?
Cnet is getting ridiculous to allow more and more of this in the downloads.
