This e-mail application aims to stop spam by letting you bounce e-mails from your POP3 server before you download them, fooling spammers into thinking your address isn't valid. You can add bounced senders to a personal blacklist that will bounce all future attempts automatically. If the spammer uses a program that purges bounced addresses, over time this should get your address off the list. Hotmail access is available only in the Pro edition of MailWasher, as is protection of multiple accounts. MailWasher Free works best for people with a single POP3 account, or as an extended demo for those who are considering buying the Pro version.Publisher's description

Pros: Easy to know how it works
Cons: None, only the add's
Summary: This type of software was needed 10 years ago, but it is now somewhat obsolete as mail service provider include this type of function.

"Useless, does NOT function as "Hyped""
Pros: Nothing. NO redeaming features. Not worth giving away, sorry fellas.
Cons: Keeps putting previous blaclisted mails in my in box. Have over 100 mails from same spammer. This happens over and over and over and over. And some get in the box after 200 times. Am looking for another product.
Summary: Does not "bounce mail" as promised. Sad product, bottom line.

Pros: I like the blacklist feature and the bounce feature
