"Works well, but does little."
Pros: Small download and install, runs fast even on slow systems, can compare up to three mortgage plans side-by-side, and it's easy to use.
Cons: Does not support cutting and pasting for any of the values, does nothing more than basic amortization, cannot even put in extra capital payments.

Summary: Great for quick math. Had this on my other computer and just put on new one. No problems with viruses or spyware. Gives total principal and interest which is nice.
