"Impressive and at the right price"

Nice interface and continually added features
Cons
Can't think of any
Summary
I am a retired lens designer who has used HEXAGON, CODE-V, my own code KDP2 as well as stray light codes ASAP, Guerap-V, TracePro, APART-PADE and FRED.
This is a nice program at the right price and I'm sure it will continue to grow as time goes on. Having affordable optical design software for the MAC has been a goal for many but LensForge seems to have actually made it happen. I wish them the best of luck as writing and supporting optical design software is a labor intensive task. I did it for about 10 years for my 30 year old code and as I sail off into the sunset doing fun things I hope that this will continue to be a success for them
