Good if you need to know what your system is doing. Will benchmark with upgraded paid version. Use this one.
All the information you need to know about basic hardware and operating data. I have used CPU=Z for years but this program gives more detailed information about each subset. So I switched to this and get more than I usually need most of the time and exactly the information I need on those days I feel like tweaking and updating..

Does exactly what it says it does. It gives detailed information about the specific parts of your computer. This is very useful incase you have no idea what RAM you need.
Cons
None that I can think of.

Depending on what you are wanting, this may have it. It has the temp and other details for the cores but nothing on fan speed. It also has much information regarding memory but nothing about temp. Having fried a couple of computers in my time, I am a bit paranoid about heat.
It also has a great deal of information about the graphics card but no temputure or fan speed. It also has a section for the system board and again the information I want, isn't there. There are headings for temperature and chassis fan but there is nothing there. -
