Pros: Easy to set up
Cons: Didn't clarify how this was supposed to work so I am not sure how the list actually works

"There are NO proxy servers to use."
Cons: There are no instructions to use this tool. I clicked on the "find proxy servers" and not a thing appeared. So it is useless.

"It apparently does nothing except to check for proxy server but shows nothing."
Pros: It uses a very small filesize, approx 2.6MB.
Cons: It shows an advertisement using IE and although it checks for proxy servers, it does not even show them. It doesn't even have a help page.

Pros: Are you serious!?
Cons: This thing offers no real help - and when attempting the odvious, it LOOKS like it is downloading some lists; BUT nothing appears in the programs window, nor can you find the list file(s) anywhere!
