Free PDF Password Remover 4dots is a free tool to unlock PDF documents and remove passwords and restrictions on printing, editing, copying, form filling, and others. It removes unknown owner passwords and known user passwords from PDF files. It is very easy to use. Unprotect PDF Documents simply by right clicking them in Windows Explorer or by dragging and droping of the files on the application window. It is also possible to batch remove passwords from many folders with PDF documents. The application does NOT need Adobe Acrobat software installed. The application is translated into 38 different languages.
What's new in this version: Version 1.2 is a bug fixing release.

Install it on your computer and you will get browser hijacker like Babylon free of cost. And, it doesn't support PDF files encrypted using latest version of Adobe Acrobat. There are many other good programs availbale to remove PDF password restrictions like PDF unlocker: www.mypdfsolutions.com

Great program which does what it says quickly and efficiently. Simple interface and free. Highly recommended
Cons
Be careful as the installer automatically installs Babylon search bar; however this can be easily avoided if you do not wish to install it.
Summary
Great free program, just be careful of the advertising.
